Hi classmates!! Today I am going to talk about my opinion in different topic (some are more actually than others)

Violence on televisión

I think that sometimes violence on television is excessive, it is true that violence is in everyday life, it is something that we cannot escape but that on television the news is full of violence can cause some fear in the society and show a reality too dangerous, regarding the movies that have violence, I don’t feel that this is bad, while it seen by more adult people.

 About the adoption..

I think that the adoption is a very beautiful option for all type of people that have the resource to keep it, regardless of the gender of the couple, but in Chile is very hard the adoption, a lot of bureaucracy and discrimination to the couple when have the same gender, I think that it should be more easy.

About the Chilean education.

This is a very hard topic because in Chile we have a lot of discrimination based on how much money you have, the education is the base of the country and unfortunately the people that have little money does not receive a good quality of education, we need to make a change of this, many talents have been lost because they not have money to continue their studies, is necessary invest in quality public education.

About having pets at home

I love the pets and fortunately ever I have the necessary space, but I think is possible have pets at home if you are responsible, if you worry about taking him out for a walk so it does not get stressed and all of this things, is very sad have pets in a little space.  

Postgraduate

Hi classmates! Today I’m going to talk about a postgraduate that I want to study. Apart of study public management I want to study a postgraduate related to education policies, the reason is because is the area where I want to work and I feel that if I study a postgraduate about education I will be more prepared to my job, and that way, make better public policies, I studied in public schools so I feel a very important compromise with the public education in Chile. I want to study a postgraduate in another country hopefully something like Europe (France, England, Italy, etc) mainly to bring new ideas and meet another educational culture (and meet another country too) apart I like to get out of the routine of my day by day.

It is possible I want to study full time in my postgraduate, in person, to meet another person’s with another cultures, I like to study in the traditional mode, with a teacher in the classroom, in silence where you can discuss and share ideas and all this is only possible if I study full time in the postgraduate and I have class in person.

I really hope to learn very important thing that contribute to educational development in Chile, because the education is the base of the country.

My future job

Hi classmates! Today in this blog I’m going to talk about my future job.

 I imagine my future work in an office but much more dynamic, because with the new paradigms on public management, interaction in offices is expected to be much more dynamic between bureaucrats. But I want to admit that I would also like to work in a kind of work more external, with more contact with people. And If I can traveling to different areas of the country to help people, I would do it without thinking because I love traveling a lot and I also love knowing different cultures from different places, so my perfect job would probably be where I have the opportunity to travel even a couple of times in the year.

about salary, I don’t have many expectations to make it very high, But I will try hard to get a better job every time, since I trust that if I do things right these could result in a good salary. although the truth is that I am satisfied to know that I do good for people, and I would like to work in smaller places where I am aware that I will not receive the best salary.

I plan to get the major of Public Management because I feel it will give me the best tools for the areas in which I want to specialize and I want to work, I think that it will help me bring many useful skills and knowledge to the field where I will work.

Free theme 12/09

Hello, today i have free theme, so, given the dates I will write about how to prepare for a long-time trip on a bus (I travel very often since I am not from Santiago)
The first and the essential thing is to buy tickets with time, this because if you buy tickets very close to the date you want to travel, you probably won't find or if you find them they will be very expensive.
once you have the tickets it is important that you leave with plenty of time, that is, if the bus leaves at 8:45, you have to be at approximately 8:00, because many times unforeseen occurrences that can delay you.
If the trip by bus is very long (which is mainly what I am talking about) it is important that you always bring a bottle of water with you, many times it makes you thirsty during the trip and the bath water is not very recommended to take it.
and it is also important that you bring food but hopefully it is something light (like cookies) or that does not have much smell because it could be annoying to others.
and I think that's all important, just a pair of headphones is recommended, you never know when a child who cries the whole trip can touch you (sometimes it's really annoying)

My Career

Hello classmates, today I have the opportunity to write about whatever what I want, but this must be about my profession so, let’s go.
I never have an image about me in the university when I was fourteen years, sometimes I wanted to be a chef, another times teacher, but finally I chose this career, public administration, but why?
I feel that the meaning of my life is help people, so when a I meet the career, I feel that I could make great things for the people, is a little utopic but I feel that. The positive of this career is what give you a lot of tools to make amazing thing for the people (like some public politicizes about children’s who needs help, public politicizes about healthy, about education etc) and this can impact positive in the society and the better of this is that they pay you (The State obviously) for make this things, but I thing that the most important benefit is the feeling of do things right, when you see the results and you feel you did a great job, its true that it is difficult to win recognition for you job, but if you do good things without expecting anything in return this should not affect you.

Holidays!

Hi classmates! I wish you had a good week, today I’m going to talk about my best holidays! And my best holidays were this year in the summer, I don’t remember any other holidays that makes me so happy more than any other. This holiday I travel to Iquique for two weeks, I never traveled to the north and never traveled in an airplane so that was a very exciting trip.

I traveled to Iquique with my family (four persons) and of us any had traveled to north, we even have family there! And this is a very important fact of this holidays, mi father saw his uncle before thirty-two years, and it was very emotional. Another thing about that travel was to meet the saltpeter “Humberstone” this is a very important piece of us history but is very scary (is like a ghost town) and my cousin said that the ghost of the miners always watches you.

This holiday was so especial for a lot of thing but the more important is that we saw family that we did it not see in a lot of years, I met three more cousins and they were very nice.

POST 1 (Week 3) >> A COUNTRY I'D LIKE TO VISIT

Hi classmates! My name is Jorge Pafián and this is my blog, Im going to talk about the country I’d like to visit, this country is very famous because is a mixture between a technologically advanced society and a strong cultural respect, this country is Japan, usually Japan is know for the anime, the technology but, I love Japan mainly for it culture and the landscape, if I go someday I really sure that I try to go out of the city. Of Japan I know that they have very strong tradition and too much respect between them, they have their own language (The Japanese) and this language use “kanjis” to write, Japan also is synonymous of good food, they have the most important restaurant in the world!!!

If I have the opportunity of work in Japan I go without any hesitation, just imagine that pay me for live and job in my favorite country!! I know that is a dream and I more probably that I go like a tourist but, why not?
